Welcome to College Recruiting Specialists LLC, doing business as Kelly Maclean Achievement Center (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of (the “Site”) and any services provided by the Company.
By accessing the Site, enrolling in services, or opting into communications (including SMS/text messaging), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or services.
1.Services
College Recruiting Specialists LLC DBA Kelly Maclean Achievement Center provides academic consulting, college recruiting advisory services, student-athlete development services, educational resources, digital materials, and related consulting services.
We do not guarantee:
•Athletic scholarship offers
•College admissions decisions
•Roster placement
•Specific recruiting outcomes
Results depend on many external factors beyond our control, including student performance, coach discretion, institutional decisions, and athletic program availability.
1.Eligibility
By using our Site or services, you represent that:
•You are at least 18 years old; or
•You are the parent or legal guardian of a minor participating in our services.
If services are provided to a minor, the parent or guardian accepts these Terms on the minor’s behalf.
1.User Responsibilities
You agree to:
•Provide accurate and complete information

•Not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit proprietary materials without written permission
•Not interfere with the operation or security of the Site
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials.
1.Payments & Refunds
Fees will be disclosed prior to enrollment or purchase.
By purchasing services, you agree to:
•Pay all fees as outlined
•Authorize payment processing through designated third-party providers
•Comply with agreed payment plan terms
Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees are non-refundable.
Failure to make payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
1.SMS/Text Messaging Program Terms
Kelly Maclean Achievement Center SMS Program
By opting into our SMS program, you consent to receive messages from College Recruiting Specialists LLC DBA Kelly Maclean Achievement Center. Depending on the consent you provide, you may receive:
•Transactional Messages: These include appointment reminders, order confirmations, and account notifications related to services you have requested.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text 'STOP' to (440) 552-9892. Upon sending 'STOP,' we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP to (440) 552-9892 for more assistance.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
1.Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:
•Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
•Lost opportunities or scholarship outcomes
•Decisions made by colleges, coaches, or athletic programs
•Technical interruptions beyond our control
Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for services giving rise to the claim.
1.Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless College Recruiting Specialists LLC DBA Kelly Maclean Achievement Center from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of:
•Your use of the Site or services
•Your violation of these Terms
•Any inaccurate or misleading information you provide
